The six-bedroom property, which covers 6,600 square feet, was listed for $4.25 million in June. It is now being offered for $3.9 million, according to the property listing, as reported by New York Post. The house is located on Olive Creek Court in the gated Prado community in Las Vegas. The property has six en-suite bedrooms, a detached casita, a multigenerational suite and a backyard designed for entertaining. The listing is being handled by Kathryn Winterton of Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty. The backyard includes a pool and covered outdoor entertaining space. Inside, the home has an open layout, with the kitchen opening directly into a dining area. The mansion also has a connection to Hilton’s career and family life. He raised his three children at the Las Vegas home and used the city as a base for his television and documentary work. This included a recent project connected to the legal dispute involving Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. Why Hilton is leaving Las Vegas Hilton said in July that the property had been important to him during his time in Las Vegas. He described it as “a beautiful home, and it served me well personally and professionally.”He also explained why he decided to leave the city. “I was in the house for two-and-a-half years but now it’s time to leave Las Vegas as I want to focus on my health while with my family back in my hometown of Miami. Miami is where I need to be,” he said. The move came as Hilton was also facing reported financial difficulties. According to sources cited by The New York Post, he was struggling financially even before his hospitalisation in August. The sources said he had been unable to secure new television deals despite pitching several reality show ideas that did not move beyond the pilot stage. Hilton spent three weeks in hospital while being treated for sepsis. He underwent two surgeries, while doctors also treated fluid in his lungs, a blood clot, kidney problems and heart arrhythmia.Hilton later said the medical treatment had used up a large part of his savings. He also launched a religious-themed clothing line, saying he needed to earn money to manage his expenses.“You don’t want to know how much I had to pay in hospital bills with insurance,” he said in an Instagram clip while promoting his new merchandise line. “That’s why your boy is in hustle mode.” Hilton’s recent health crisis Hilton’s situation became more serious in August after an incident during a TikTok livestream from his Miami home. The video showed him in distress. His sister, Barbara, found him in the bathroom and helped his children leave the house.Police said Hilton’s children were taken to safety as his sister drove them away. Hilton was later treated in hospital for injuries, an overdose and significant blood loss. Doctors also found continuing complications linked to his earlier battle with sepsis.Hilton has not seen his three children since the incident, according to the report. His mother, Teresita Lavandeira, has filed for temporary custody.TikTok removed the livestream and suspended Hilton’s account following the incident.
