NEW DELHI: Two tankers carrying Iranian crude have reached Indian ports, marking the first such deliveries since May 2019.According to ship-tracking data from Kpler, Felicity, a very large crude carrier carrying about two million barrels of oil, anchored off Sikka on Gujarat’s coast late on Sunday. A second tanker, Jaya, also carrying a similar volume of crude, anchored near Paradip off the Odisha coast around the same time. While Felicity lifted cargo in mid-March, Jaya was loaded in late Feb, before military tensions between the US-Israel combine and Iran escalated.The shipping ministry, however, said that it was not aware of the two vessels.
